Some existing main will be removed. Work inclues, but is not limited to selective demolition, site excavation, backfill, grading, and pipe laying. Performance period for resultant construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 90 calendar days. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. This solicitation is a Request For Proposal-Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT). When solicitation package is downloaded, it should be read completely as there are milestones that must be met to be considered responsive.
