to locate additional sources of supply for Software that generates and
output Data Fill Files / Key Tags that are compatible with the latest
upgrade version of radio RT-1749/ARC-220. Required Data Files need to
be loaded into a Data Transfer Device AN/CYZ-10 (V) 3 and then passed
to radio set RT-1749/ARC-220. The prepared data files will directly
load into the RT-1749/ARC-220 via its RS-232 LSBI port. The software
program will also design, maintain and manage High Frequency (HF)
Automatic Link Establishment communications (ALE) networks. Training
will be provided prior to delivery and evolutionary software release
for Government evaluation by September 1, 1999. Current source is
Rockwell Collins, part number HF-CPS, which includes the information
based on the latest version of radio RT-1749/ARC-220 upgrade. This
market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not
construed as a commitment by the Government. Detailed technical data
source code for generation of software to interface with the AN/CYZ-10
(V) 3 and AN/ARC-220 is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable
of supplying this software must so indicate in writing to PM-AEC, ATTN:
SFAE-AV-AEC-F (Chris Cardinale) 1200 East Avenue of Memories, Fort
Monmouth, and NJ 07703. The responses must include documentation that
shows a understanding of the source code of all devices, test results
and other technical information demonstrating that the supplier can
provide operational software for loading the required data fills. For
