This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DEA-99-R-0037 and the synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ); award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the FAR Circular 97-11. DEA intends to award a firm-fixed priced indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery purchase order with a base year and two option years. This is an unrestricted procurement, however quoters should still identify their business size. The business size is 1500. The solicitation line items are as follows: Line Item 0001 Base year: Quantity: (minimum) 2 each (maximum) 45 each; Orion Electronics Cantrack 502D DF system #CN502DK.
