The system must not interfere with the placement of refrigeration components, must comply with industry and government safety and health hazard standards, and must be able to be sanitized of all fluid-borne pathogens. The assembly or disassembly of the rack/shelf system by two soldiers must take no longer than thirty minutes. It must be operable, transportable, and storable in all climatic environments with minimal maintenance and little or no need for special training and/or tools. All transport and storage packaging must meet requirements for international shipment by ground, air, and sea.
