Provide DDC control sensors. Remove existing condensate return pump sets and install a pumping trap set. A temporary steam boiler shall be furnish during construction; Work will also include lowering existing air handling steam traps down through a penthouse floor. Work includes interior/exterior construction, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, excavation, and landscaping. All schedules, submittals and required paperwork must be submitted and approved prior to commencing any construction work. On site construction will commence on April 10, 2000.
