The lease is for a base period of 12 months plus two additional options of 12 month periods, and includes an option to purchase at the end of 36 months leasing. The work identified to be provided by means of a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The contract terms shall be for a period of one year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for two additional periods of twelve months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options shall not exceed 36 months. The proposed procurement listed herein is not set aside for small business concerns.
