The courses will cover the basic knowledge about the federal personnel system that are required for new supervisors of civilian employees within the DoN. The resulting contract will be for one base year plus four option years. For the period cover by this solicitation, courses will be taught in the Tidewater, Virginia commuting area, at Cherry Point, NC and at Camp Lejeune, NC. Other areas may be added as required.
