The report will focus on the watersheds of the two districts. The final product will be a comprehensive report with citation and displays that document the earliest grazing and settlement dates as well as any other pertinent information related to historic water use. The minimal level of education of the position is a Master degree, preferably in U.S. History with an emphasis on Western resource issue. The study area encompassed the Moab and Monticello Ranger Districts which lies within Grand and San Juan County, Utah. This procurementis between $25,000 and $100,000.
