Work is to include the installation of one 225 amp panel, 34 power poles, 34 power strips, and all associated conduit and wiring. The work shall be performed by an electrical contractor (SIC Code 1731, size standard $7.0 Million) who has several years experience in general commercial electrical installations. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 21 days. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used and 100% of this project is set-aside for small business. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in the south city of St. Louis.
