The General Services Administration intends to issue a delivery order to SIGCOM on a GSA schedule delivery order under GSA schedule contract GS-35F-5791H under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-99-CSC-0167. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-42. This open market portion of this delivery order is for an extended warranty for parts, rear projection system screen & accessories, Lectern & Millwork, computer interface -- miscellaneous cables, program audio sub-system, speech audio monitoring and recording sub-system, signal switching, interface and conversion system, remote control system, equipment racks/shelves, and miscellaneous and custom parts at Tyndall AFB, FL. This is an open market portion of an integrated system being purchased under delivery order under GSA schedule contract GS-35F-5791H and therefore cannot be separated from this procurement. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
