Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Dalhousie University, Department of Oceanography for the Pacific Marine Environmental Lab (PMEL). Purpose of contract is to fund partial salaries for principal investigator and one technician at Dept. of Oceanography to analyze mooring data and prepare a presentation for a national meeting. Work under the proposed contract a joint project between PMEL and Dept. of Oceanography and each organization sharing costs to complete the final product.
