Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) intends to negotiate with NEFF Instrument Corporation on a Sole Source basis or any resellers, to procure NEFF Input Control Assembly, Expansion Input Assembly and Amplifier/Filter/ADC Cards,250 KHZ/14 bit ADC/8 MG Memory and other components, equipment to enterface with existing unique NEFF Hardware/Software System,(to insure compatibility), located at the Marshall Space Flight Center, Alabama. Interested firms have fifteen(15)days from the publication date of this Synopsis to submit, in writing, their qualifications and capabilities. Such qualifications/capabilities and offers will be used soley for the purpose of determing whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after the fifteen (15) days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered. A determination by CSC not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this Synopsis, is soley within the discretion of CSC.
