A FFP 5 year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract is anticipated. The Government does NOT possess a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) instruction manual or other technical data necessary to overhaul the Test Set Line. All technical data, such as the manufacturer's blueprints/production drawings are controlled by the Aircraft's prime manufacter, Boeing Defense and Space Group, Helicopter Division, Ridley Park, PA. (Cage code 77272). Boeing Helicopter is the only known source for this requirement. See numbered note: 22, which states the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
