All of our solicitation are available on the Internet at the site reflected in the original Commerce Business Daily Notice. Once you register at the appropriate Internet site, you will be provided a copy of a CD-ROM with the documents (in PDF Format); or in some instances, these documents may be downloaded directly from the Internet. For those particular solicitations that are only provided on a CD-ROM, you must ensure the printing equipment has the capability of producing hard copy plans/specifications from a PDF format. A list of firms with this capability is available at the following Tri-Service Solicitation web site: http://tsn.wes.army.mil/TSNSolicitationPrinting.asp. Many first can produce specifications and 11"x17" drawings, however, all firms do not have the capability of plotting full size PDF full size drawings (Size D).
