Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to replace the existing Security Gates and the Steel Grating at 50 (fifty) Launch Facilities in the Missile Complex in the vicinity of Malmstrom AFB Mt. in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The Request for Proposal will be available at Webb site www.eps.gov on or about 11 Aug 99. Request for Proposal will close on 11 Sep 99. Performance period is 180 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request for Proposal is available only by electronic transmission only. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
