The contract type shall be a "Firm Fixed Price Contract", value of between $250,000 and $500,000. This will be an unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR subpart 19.1006(b)(1), Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The anticipated Solicitation issue/posting date will be on or about 9 August 1999.
