The exterior finish of the facility will be painted stucco. Access ramps, stairs, and porches will be included. The interior will be vinyl covered gypsum board, carpet, vinyl composition tile, lay-in acoustical ceilings with flourescent fixtures. Functions associated with a medical clinic will be provided to include labratory, exam rooms, offices, locker rooms with showers and other support functions. All power, telephone, data, heating and air conditioning, water, and sewer service terminations will be the responsibility of the contractor. Sound attenuation will be provided.
