The government intends to award a requirement sole source to Harris Corporation for Radio Access Point Antenna (RAPA) and High Capacity Trunk Radio (HCTR) MOSAIC ATD support. The RAPA and HCTR are study programs to evaluate, analyze, and demonstrate technical and functional concepts of providing a high data rate communication system for mobile ground forces.
