requests Bids for: Sealed Bid ML-99-SB-2462-DR Replacement of
Headquarters Building Service Elevator Bi-State Development Agency is
soliciting bids for the replacement of the Bi-State Development Agency
Headquarters Building freight elevator with a new service elevator to
service both the Bi-State and Raeder Place Buildings. The elements
include: demolish existing machine room floor & elevator pit; construct
a new machine room floor and a new elevator sump pit; upgrade the
existing elevators shaft walls to a fire-related enclosure; new
elevator entrances at both buildings; add a card reader security
system; modify existing fire alarm control system, add heat & smoke
detectors; provide new lighting in the machine room & elevator pit; add
new HVAC cooling roof top unit and fan for stair pressurization system.
