The work includes but is not limited to grading and clearing, removing existing fencing; furnishing and installing new fencing and a gate; furnishing materials for and installing a new ditch crossing; installing a Government-Furnished cable trench, furnishing materials for and installing a concrete foundation for a 16 foot by 30 foot metal building; furnishing materials for andinstalling a new electrical ground mat; and loading (at Cody, WY), transporting (approx. 20 miles from Cody to the work site) and installing a Government-Furnished pre-engineered metal control building. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of this solicitation. Therefore, only a limited number of copies will be issued on a "First-come, First served" basis. Deliveries will commence 20 calendar days after notice to proceed and complete all work by December 30, 1999. There will be only one award made from this solicitation. This solicitation will be issued on or about August 4, 1999. The Bid opening date will be September 3, 1999. The project has an estimated magnitude of between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is set-aside for "Emerging Small Business" concerns. Emerging Small Business as used means a small business concern whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numericalsize standard applicable to the SIC code assigned. Offers from concerns other than Emerging Small Businesses will not be considered. SIC code is 1629 and the size standard is $17 million.
