Kyrgos (Project Manager), 202-565-5215 This procurement located at the VA Medical Center, Ann Arbor, MI, consists of an approximately 180,000 S.F. renovation of Building One West (PHASE IV), a nine story (plus basement) hospital built in 1950. The southern two thirds of floors one through seven are to receive major renovation, with limited work elsewhere. Renovated space includes ambulatory care and specialty clinics, offices, physical medicine, dialysis, surgical nursing unit, medical nursing unit, etc. The fourth floor is dedicated to new HVAC and electrical equipment, serving floors above and below via new ducts in fire-rated shafts, and new power risers. Electrical work also includes new lighting and signal systems. Work also includes asbestos and lead abatement.
