Reconstruction of the Existing Concrete Spillway -- 275 CY of concrete,
57,500 pounds of reinforcing steel, 1,000 tons of riprap to be placed
over geotextile, channel excavation, and seeding and mulching. See
sheets 3-7 of the plans for details of the work required and the other
items included in this bid item; (2) Application of Riprap and
Geotextile to the Dam Face -- The major items of work included in this
bid item are reshaping of the eroded dam face, application of 1470
tons of riprap over geotextile, and seeding and mulching. See sheet 2
of the plans for details of the work required for this bid item; (3)
Replacement of the Existing Gates and Construction of a New Gate
Platform -- The major items of work in this bid item are 5 CY of
concrete, 700 pounds of reinforcing steel, 180 LF of precast concrete
piling, and two water control gates. See sheets 8-9 of the plans for
details of the work required for this bid item. Bidders must bid all
three items.Project is located on the Tombigbee National Forest,
Chickasaw County, MS. Contract time is 180 calendar days. A 20% Bid
Bond is required with submission of bids, successful bidder will be
required to submit a 100% Performance Bond and 50% payment Bond. Price
Range is $250,000 and $500,000. This project is open to both large and
