Herchak, Contracting Officer The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials necessary be provided to construct 1,200 meters +/- of 200mm diameter buried process water lines and valves at the ARS, National Center for Cool & Cold Water Aquiculture (NCCCWA) site in Leetown, West Virginia. Work includes site excavation and trenching; pipe laying, bedding and testing; backfilling and finish grading. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project must be completed within 180 days of receipt of the notice to proceed.
