D-ESC CDA TECHNICAL SERVICES (CTS) Pre-Solicitation Notice: Electronic Systems Command (ESC) Central Design Activity Technical Services (CTS). This is an announcement only. It is not a call for sources or a request for proposals. The ESC Materiel Systems Group (MSG) plans to establish a contract vehicle capable of providing Information Technology (IT) services for both the MSG and the Standard Systems Group (SSG). The vehicle will be for optional use and will cover technical workload only. This vehicle will not cover Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS). We encourage all interested contractors to review the draft Technical Requirements Document (TRD) and attend one of our workshops to discuss and refine the TRD. The first two TRD Workshops are currently scheduled for 3 August 99 at Wright Patterson AFB OH and 5 August 99 at Maxwell AFB AL. Additional TRD Workshops are currently scheduled at Hill AFB UT on 10 August 99 and Tinker AFB OK on 12 August 99.
