This will be a solicitation for a two year requirements contract for overhaul of T-37 & T-38 actuators: NSNs (1) 1680 00 687 3206 (PN R5210M1-2), (2) 1680 00 685 4880 (PN R5210M3), (3) 1680 00 00 722 7036 (PN LA12-2), (4) 1680 00 169 1858 (PN R15152-41), and (5) 1680 00 204 5530 (PN 111631-07). Items (1) thru (4) have OEM 81039; item (5) has OEM 31435. Requirement is for firm, fixed prices for the overhaul and using GFM for materials, as specified in solicitation Appendix B. Contractor may be required to provide materials in the event GFM becomes unavailable. Tech orders: 8D1-8-136-3, 8D1-8-136-13, 8D1-8-173-3, 8D1-26-33-3, and 8D11-3-7-3. Data requirements: contractor must requisition materials and provide reports using G009 reporting. Delivery requirements: overhauled actuators must be delivered 30 days after receipt of order, assets, or materials, whichever is last. GFE will not be authorized. Inspection will be ISO 9003. BEQs: 5 of each NSN per year. No available overhaul history. AFMC FARS 5352.215-9004 and Alternate I will apply.
