Millsap, (405) 270-5119 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is interested in obtaining a drop shipment contract for pre-assembled and sterilized custom cardio-perfusion packs to include one (1) oxygenator, one (1) hard shell venous reservoir (Pall filtered), one (1) tubing packs (stopcock, connector, etc., needed for setup), for the period October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000, with four (4) option years to renew.
