S -- TREE SERVICES AT THE TRI-COMMAND IN BEAUFORT SC SOL N62467-99-B-4931 POC Debbie Foss, 843/228-3527 ext 227 The intention of this solicitation is to obtain tree services, which include but not limited to, pruning, deadwood removal, hazard pruning, elevating, crown reduction, tree removal, diseased tree removal, stump grinding, cavity maintenance, utility line trimming, general right-of-way trimming/clearing, and splitting firewood for the Military Family Housing Areas. The work shall be located at the Beaufort Naval Hospital, the Laurel Bay Housing Area, the Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, and the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina. These services shall be provided by means of an indefinite quantity type contract. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, management, tools, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform all routine and emergency work requirements in accordance with the specifications. This procurement will be 100% set-aside to small businesses registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) online system (it takes approximately 72 hours for approval)at www.ccr.disc.dia.mil-cli on "NEW" or contact the CCR Assistance Center at 1-888-227-2423.
