Pricing and payment will be based on flight hours. The contract period will be five years, consisting of a one year base period and four one year options. The contractor will be responsible for receipt, inspection, repair, overhaul, modification, replenishment of spares, packaging, storing, return shipment and control of technical documentation. The contract will contain incentives for the achievement of desired fill rates.
