DESC: Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with constructing an electrical and video underground infrastructure in a mock village at the MOUT range site at Fort Drum, New York in strict accordance with the statement of work, specifications, drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.
