Project includes the installation of over 3,000 feet of 25,000-volt underground primary cable,a 14,400 to 120/240-volt pad mounted transformer and enclosure, and install a 120/240-volt 225-amp service from the pad ;mounted transformer to an existing panel located in the new tower. Performance is 60 calendar days. Project range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1731 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
