The HVAC work consists of removal and replacement of rooftop air-handling units and ductwork. Electrical work consists of removal and replacement of the electrical distribution system and associated switches, fuses and panelboards. Minor architectural work consists of ceiling replacement. The period of performance from NTP to substantial completion is 168 days. The estimated price range is from $500,000 to $1,000,000.
