The work includes seismic strengthening and renovations for three buildings. The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, supervision and equipment for selective demolition of walls, flooring, ceiling systems and roofing; rewelding of existing steel roof deck, new steel roof beams at building end walls, new builtup roofing, new floor coverings, new interior partitions, new suspended ceilings, new light fixtures, painting and all other incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in the Contract Specifications.
