Mortimer Boat Launch is located on Gibson Reservoir, 30 miles northwest of Augusta, Montana on the Rocky Mountain Ranger District, Lewis and Clark National Forest, Teton County, MT. Work includes the construction of a parking area and the installation of concrete to form a 200' long boat launch facility. Associated work includes minor clearing, excavation and retaining wall to construct a road and parking facilities, hauling and placing pit run aggregate from a Government pit site 24 miles from the project area, installing a culvert, construction of a concrete stairway and walkway, and furnishing and placing concrete to form a 200' long ramp.
