The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida requires a mail system for the Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. This mail system must also include an accounting system to keep track of each accounts and have In Line Weighing Capability. This requirement is for a base period of three (3) months with four (4) one-year options. This acquisition is being procured under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) test program authorized in FAR 13.5. This acquisition is a sole source. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
