The contractor, as a firm, must have managed and performed a full service hospital housekeeping contract for at least 24 months during the three years immediately preceding the date established in the Request for Proposals. This experience must have been at a full service medical treatment facility. Periods of creditable performance may have been incurred at more than one site for at least 12 consecutive months at each site but cannot be gained at two (2) or more sites concurrently. This experience must have been gained as a result of the contractor being regularly engaged in the business of providing management and performance of aseptic services in all areas of the hospital complex. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management support, transportation, equipment, tools, materials and services (except as specified in Section C-3 as government-furnished) to provide complete hospital housekeeping services required to curtail the spread of nosocomial infection and maintain sanitation standards established for the US Army Medical Department Activity, Fort Polk, LA. The base period of performance will be from 1 December 1999 through 30 September 2000 with four 1-year options.
