Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with State of Washington Dept. of Ecology (WDE) for the NOAA HAZMAT Office. Purpose of contract is to initiate geo-spatial data for Coastal Zone decision makers. HAZMAT Pacific Coast Program and WDE share similar missions and WDE will convert NOS data into formats and value-added products that support Washington coastal management goals to assist the state in its management and regulation of the coastal zone.
