DESC: Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the repair, replacement, and construction of field latrines on an as needed basis, on Fort Drum, in accordance with the specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. PRINCIPAL FEATURES: FIELD LATRINE REPAIR: Demolition of remaining structural elements of field latrines identified, except for the septic vaults. Provide and install precast concrete field latrines utilizing the existing septic vault. NEW FIELD LATRINES: Clear, grub, and grade as necessary to complete construction of field latrines. Provide and install precast concrete field latrines with new septic vault. This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000 annually with a base year and two 1 year option periods. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. The solicitation is expected to be published on or about 2 August 1999. Hardcopies will not be provided.
