the existing pile collar/hoop fabrications attaching the timber frame
float at the Anita Bay Log Transfer Facility (LTF) to the float piles
with new pile pile collars, installation of a new walking surface/deck
on the Anita Bay LTF float; placement of concrete for riprap
stabilization at the Pat Creek LTF; installation of a new timber pile,
and installation of a rubber time fender system with steel cap beam on
the existing concrete panel-faced bulkhead at the Pat Creek LTF. The
work sites are located at the Pat Creek and Anita Bay LTFs. The Pat
Creek LTF is located along the western shoreline of Wrangell Island, 10
road miles south of Wrangell, Alaska. The Anita Bay LTF is located
along the southern shore of Anita Bay, on the eastern side of Etolin
Island, approximately 32 air kilometers (20 air miles) south-southwest
of Wrangell, Alaska. The Anita Bay site is accessible only by float
plane or boat from Wrangell, Alaska; the Pat Creek site is accessible
by road from Wrangell, Alaska. The contract time is 270 calendar days.
The estimated price range is $100,000 -- $200,000. All responsible
