all materials, labor, services, equipment, licenses, taxes, and other
items necessary for the execution, installation, and completion the
construction of a new USPS owned facility of approximately 29,900
square feet in Goodyear/Avondale, AZ on USPS owned property of
approximately 157,600 square feet. The Work involves the construction
of a new facility at location indicated on drawings. Work includes but
is not limited to: earthwork, installation of utilities, minimal work
outside the USPS property line (for street, utilities, and sidewalk
connection, which will require a City work order and permit), concrete
curb and gutter, concrete and asphalt paving, CMU/wrought iron site
fencing, landscaping with site irrigation (inclusive of coordination),
site signage, concrete sidewalks and ramps, concrete site retaining
walls, masonry, steel columns and joists, built-up roofing, metal
roofing, millwork, paint-striping, dock levelers, electro-hydraulic
flip ramps, mechanical roof top units,site lighting, CCTV surveillance
systems, and all incidental work described in the contract documents.
Estimated construction cost range is between $3,300,000 and
$3,600,000. The performance period is 300 calendar days after the
