The Defense Energy Support Center is interested in obtaining Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated Fuel Storage Facilities in or about the Port of Anchorage, Alaska. Product to be stored will be approximately 300-400 thousand barrels of JP-8 aviation grade fuel over a period of approximately 20 years beginning approximately summer 2003. Facilities must have the capability to pipeline product to existing Government-owned pipelines to Elmendorf AFB.
