The proposed procurement is for a fixed priced contract following the simplified acquisition procedures using the Commercial Items Format: The Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC) requires PSIA Certified Nordic Ski and UIAGM Certified Rock Climbing and Mountaineering Instruction/Instructors. The contract will be for a period of one year with the possibility of option years. Contract performance is scheduled to begin 01 October 1999 through 30 September 2000. The place of performance will be Toiyable National Forest, surrounding the MCMWTC. MCMWTC is located in Bridgeport, California on California State Route 108 Sonora Pass approximately four (4) miles west of the junction with highway 395.
