Furnish all plant equipment, materials, labor and transportation to install fully functional cathodic protection system on existing eight (8) inch fuel transfer pipeline (pipeline length is approximately 8,600 lineal feet). Work shall include but not be limited to site work, electrical work, engineering, and labor and equipment to install cathodic protection and testing facilities in complete accordance with attached specifications. The magnitude of this project will be between $250,000 and $500,000 dollars in lieu of being between $100,000 and $250,000. Request For Proposal (RFP) closing date is hereby extended to on or about 11 Aug 99. Performance period for the proposed contract will be 193 calendar days in lieu of 156 calendar days.
