A single-course surface of asphalt and aggregate(chips) is to be placed on approx. 4680 ft. (14 ft. width) single lane, 1350 ft. (22 ft. width) double lane, 40 single lane spurs (85 ft. long), 8 double lane spurs (65 ft. long). The work includes cleaning the existing asphalt surface prior to the application of asphalt and aggregate, the furnishing, hauling, spreading and compaction of asphalt and aggregates, the blotting of excess asphalt with blotters material, including stockpiling of material and traffic control necessary for the completion of work.
