additional sources to perform non-personal services to operate the
Cadet Tailor Shop at the USAF Academy. FOB destination. Contractor
shall furnish all personnel, supplies, equipment tools, materials,
supervision, other items and services necessary to perform alterations
and maintenance of cadet uniforms as defined in the performance work
statement (PWS) except as specified in Section C-3 as government
furnished property and services at the Cadet Tailor Shop, Building
2348, Sijan Hall, United States Air Force Academy. The contractor shall
perform to the standards herein, AFCWI 537-4, AFI 36-2903, and the
Master Schedule for Fitting, Alterations, and Delivery, which
fluctuates yearly. The contractor shall provide a basic staff of
qualified personnel to perform fittings for male and female personnel.
The fitters for each sex must be of that sex, i.e, male fitters for
male personnel, and female fitters for female personnel. The contractor
shall have a sufficient number ofqualified seamstresses and a minimum
of one ripper to meet the requirements. A requirements type contract is
anticipated with a one-year base period plus four options years. The
applicable SIC Code is 7219 and the applicable size standard for this
proposed acquisition $5.0 mil. There is an average of 26 employees.
