The contractor shall provide refuse, recycling and green waste to two major housing areas with residential size containers and industrial areas including but not limited to dining facilities, dormitories, office buildings, industrial shopes, with various size bulk containers. There is an average of 50 tons per day going ino the landfill. The contractor will operate and maintain the Class III Santiary Landfill. The resulting contract will be for one year beginning 15 Sep 99, with four, one year options. The Request for Proposal will be available on line on or about 15 July 99. This competition is full and open under SIC code 4953, size standard is $5 million. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
