Some of the services required include providing guidance on the placing PSAs, developing educational materials to be disseminated to CMV drivers, developing an implementation plan to place PSAs using various forms of the media. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 7319 and the small business size is $5 million. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
