The snyposis that was originally published in the EPS on June 22 is hereby modified as follows. The date for receipt of quotes is extended from July 2, 1999 to July 23, 1999. Vendors are hereby notified that a one page specification is available upon a written request to the person stated below. Samples of the film used for the Blistering equipment are available upon written request and an electronic version of the drawing (for film) will be posted electronically on or before July 14, 1999. The site visit is hereby scheduled for July 15, 1999 at 1:30 p.m. at BEP's Washington DC facility at 14th & C Streets, SW Washington, DC.
