The work involves new acoustical ceilings, floor quarry tile, freezer renovations, enhancement of the existing make-up air system to include several new mechanical units and an upgrade of the electrical system as related to their specific functions of the kitchen and culinary arts. The period of performance from N.T.P. to substantial completion is 150 days. The estimated cost range of construction is between $250,000 to $500,000. All requests will be answered on a first-come, first serve basis until supplies are exhausted. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, a non-refundable fee not to exceed the actual cost of reproduction of the IFB documents (to be determined by the Contracting Officer) plus a shipping charge based on individual request (if applicable) will be required in order to obtain the documents.
