FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a 100% small business set-aside basis, Family Advocacy/Prevention Specialist Services to Navy and other military families at the Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, IL. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial items acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, using Subpart 13.5 test program procedures. The required services shall be provided by one full-time equivalent working forty hours per week, exclusive of Federal Holidays. The contractor is responsible for providing screening, evaluation, information, and referral and initial domestic violence counseling s ervices. The contractor will also be responsible for conducting outreach screening with families where child abuse, spouse abuse, or incest has occurred. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for providing Family Advocacy/Domestic Violence Counseling services, assertiveness training workshops, men's conflict manage! ment/resolution education skills c ounseling, andAdults Molested as Children educational skills counseling. A firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated with a base period of performance commencing on 01 October 1999 and ending 30 September 2000, with two (2) one-year option provisions.
