-- The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is soliciting
proposals from eligible small businesses under a variety of topic areas
including: (1) Developing a Research-Based Multi-Media Training Package
for Head Start Parents; (2) Moving Toward Independence: Developing a
Realistic Model of Comprehensive and Holistic Long-Term Support
Services for Persons with Severe and/or Multiple Developmental
Disabilities Who are Entering or are Currently in the Workforce; (3)
Tribal TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) Experience:
Problems, Solutions and Lessons Learned. Interested parties should
request SBIR Solicitation No. ACF-99-01. This solicitation will be
issued on or about July 23, 1999. General questions regarding policy
